Rich Harman launches his high power hybrid rocket "Tuzy" for a successful level 1 certification. The S4V will be powered by the same style hybrid motor for its first few flights. Go to www.modelstation.com/tuzy.htm to see pictures of the flight. You can also access the site from the links section.
